PLANTING NOTES

Planting season: Due to our cold winters, dahlia tubers must be planted in early spring in Quebec. You can lift your tubers in the fall and reuse them year after year by following our planting guide.

Planting: Plant once the risk of frost has passed. Tubers do not tolerate frost, so they must be stored indoors during winter. Dahlias love heat, so it is very important to place them in a sunny location and avoid overwatering. We recommend referring to the instruction sheet included with your order* or visiting our blog page here!
