PLANTING NOTES
Planting season: Because of our cold winters, dahlia tubers must be planted in early spring in Quebec. You can lift your tubers in the fall to reuse them from year to year by following our planting guide.
Planting: Plant once the risk of frost has passed. Tubers do not tolerate frost, so they must be stored indoors during the winter. Dahlias are heat-loving plants, so it is very important to place them in a sunny location and avoid overwatering. We recommend referring to the instruction sheet included with your order.* or consult our blog page here!
